THE RESARO TWO-DUCT SYSTEM:

FOUNDATIONS PLACED DIRECTLY ON THE GROUND.

The principles for the Heating and Ventilation system.

CLEAN INDOOR AIR AND
LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION

The outdoor air is sucked in through the roof's thermal insulation, which functions both as a first filter and as a heat exchanger, while being heated by the upward heat which otherwise goes right out through the ceiling.
With this method, the air is cleaned from pollen and particles at the same time as it is heated by the ascending heat, which otherwise would pass out through the roof.

This is called "Dynamic air intake," and saves energy.

The preheated outdoor air is mixed with the circulating indoor air and is cleaned once more by two filters.
With this procedure we obtain very clean indoor air.
Only a small input of energy is needed to keep the house warm.

The exhaust air is transferred down into the ground below the house and forms a heated zone, which contributes to lowering the energy consumption.

SOFT UNDER FLOOR HEATING
The heated circulating supply air, together with the fresh air, is channeled into the suspended structural floors and enters the rooms behind the skirting boards along each outer wall. This technique gives "soft" warm floors.

A FUTURE WITHOUT CLEANING
Warmth and comfort without radiators, which have a tendency to gather dust.

RESARO SYSTEM WITH DYNAMIC OUTDOOR INTAKE

The outdoor air is sucked in through the roof's thermal insulation, which functions both as a first filter and as a heat exchanger, while being heated by the upward heat which otherwise goes right out through the ceiling.

This is called Dynamic outdoor air intake and saves energy.

The outdoor air is mixed with the circulation air indoors and further purified in two filters. This process achieves a very clean indoor air.
The outdoor and indoor air is mixed and given the right temperature before it is circulated around and reaches the entire house.

CONTINUOUS FILTERING

The entire indoor air of the house passes two to three times per hour through the filters. This provides an outstandingly fine indoor climate.
Allergists living in Resarohus feel good at home.

A LITTLE STAY ACCOMMODATION

is also important for allergy sufferers. The fine dust and pollen take care of the filters.

The RESARO system: A general solution which
gives the constructor lower costs

The whole cost governs the profitability for a building project. This is not only a comparison between different types of design. For example, foundations placed directly on the ground containing heating coils, or a self-suspended system of joists and beams.
One must also include the costs for installation, different construction processes and the costs associated with the elements and components being used in the building.

This approach helps to give the customer lower
housing costs.

The total cost, where costs for heating, maintenance and also insurance are included, are of vital importance for the owner or resident, and are not only a comparison between the cost prices of houses.
