RESARO TWO-DUCT SYSTEM, SOFT WARM FLOORS
THE SYSTEM EXPLAINED INSTALLATION AND OPERATION

RESARO TWO DUCT SYSTEM

COMPLETE SYSTEM SOLUTION:

1. FRESH OUTDOOR AIR INTAKE, WITH THE SUN WARMED ATTIC SPACE AIR USED FOR PRE- HEATING
2. CIRCULATED INDOOR AIR INSIDE THE FLOORS, IN A NEW OPEN CONCRETE FLOOR STRUCTURE:
THE RESARO ELEMENT GIVES "SOFT HEAT" IN EVERY FLOOR IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE

3. PRESSURIZED FOUNDATION FOR ENERGY RECOVERY WITHOUT A HEAT RECOVERY UNIT

THE RESARO system

Technology for in first hand small houses and villas. The structural system and the energy and ventilating system.
The structural system and the ventilating system also works for department houses as three storied houses.

The RESARO system includes for instance a simplified heating system with soft heated floors without distribution ducts or piping, where we use the floors of the house for the distribution of circulating air and for the ventilation supply air, and the roof covering as a solar collector.

Soft heated floors in combination with a temperature regulated circulated indoor air gives the best comfort with the lowest energy consumption.

Heated floors provide a possibility to lower the temperature, as the room is experienced as warmer when your feet are warm.

The hollow Resaro elements and cavities in (end)walls functions as air canalization and the low frictional resistance from the great flow area, facilitate the circulated air to flow through, and reduces the energy consumption in fans.

They also gives low air speed and thereby no disturbing ventilation sounds.

The energy supply being done from underneath creates self density draft which facilitates the indoor circulation.

THE RESARO ELEMENT, BUILDING ELEMENT IN CONCRETE

THE RESARO ELEMENT
FOR INSTALLATIONS WITHOUT CUTTING OF HOLES
THE INSTALLATIONS ENTIRELY ACCESSIBLE IN THE FUTURE
ACTS AS SUPPLY DUCT FOR CIRCULATED VENTILATION- AND HEAT AIR
WITH A BEAM WEB FOR CASTING OF CHORDS AND PLATE IN ONE SINGLE WORKING MOMENT
THE RESARO ELEMENT

The element can be used for floors and roofs, with the plate facing upwards or downwards.

The floor structure element provides following advantages:

° A span up to 7 m facilitate normally simple support between foundation walls or an entire floor without intermediate support.

° Flexible layouts where the buyer at a late stage can suggest changes.

° Simplified installation of conduits for electricity, heating, water and drains; placed within the structural element without expensive suspension devices.

° Unique accessibility forever to the installations of the building. Important in case of refurbishing or possible water damages.

° Improved sound reduction between the departments of the building.

° Storage of energy in the concrete plate for utilization of cheap electrical energy at night. Equalization of temperature.

° Easy to dry the concrete thin-plate structure. Surface finishes can be applied earlier than with other systems.

° The element can be used for floors and roofs, with the plate facing upwards or downwards.
° The concrete plate facing upwards: A durable floor, which straight can support a man.
° The concrete plate facing downwards: Further simplification of installation work.

THE RESARO WALL ELEMENT, ARRANGEMENT RELATING TO WALL-SUPPORTING STRUCTURES

ARRANGEMENT RELATING TO WALL-SUPPORTING STRUCTURES
A new joining method for precast building elements, single-course cast walls with attached insulation, together with thin-plate floors or suspended structural floors.
The invention eliminates the necessity of thickening of the wall concrete plate built into the wall in a curved plane at support such that the thermal insulation located outside the wall is considerably thinner with the result in an undesirable thermal bridge.

The invention eliminates the need for vertical T-beams in the load-supporting plate of the wall.

The floors rests on the floor structural elements own load-supporting plate.

The floor elements rests on the walls with a possibility to move elastically and provides centric loading.

Overlaying wall elements loads the lower supporting wall element centrically and vertically.

Thermal bridges are entirely eliminated. The wall concrete plate is covered by a homogeneous insulating layer of essentially uniform thickness in the absence of connections that conduct heat outwardly.
A thin straight concrete plate gives a weigh lighter element easier to transport and simplifies the casting.

Thin concrete plates in floors and walls gives fast drying up.

Surface coating can be put on earlier without the risk for mold to appear.

FURTHER FEATURES

The invention leads the vertical loads centrally into the concrete plate of the wall.

And provides solutions for connecting walls and floor structures that will enhance stability by transferring horizontally acting forces.

Still another object is to reduce the number of supporting beams required for floating floors.

This enables the floor structure to rotate or twist at the supporting point in both instances, in response to different intensities of useful load, without being locked and broken.

Horizontal forces deriving from ground pressure or wind power can be readily passed into the floor structure plate, which will then be subjected to essentially centric forces in the plane of said plate.

These forces can be handled with the aid of thin plate constructions, which represents a saving in material.

The sparsely-toothed supporting element enables horizontal forces to be readily transferred from long walls into said plate and into gable walls, and vice versa, so as to enhance stability.

The floor structure elements can be turned with the plate facing either upwards or downwards.
