The construction as well as the architect drawings. => That has kept the costs at a very low level.

The walls made in Resaro's design, with the patent applied toothed joining method. (No cold bridges).

A villa with a classical exterior.

Measures in the inside 12.00 x 5.95 m and standard performance of every floor element, gives optimum conditions for prefab manufacturing and has cut down the costs to a minimum level.

The first Resaro building project in Norway: Villa Resell

 

A three floor villa, about 150 square m, with a basement fitted to live in, and two more floors.

The entire house is built with Resaro Concrete Elements. The roof is also made in concrete elements (solid).

Drawn by Architect Resell Arcidéco A/S in cooperation with Resaro AB. Resaro has drawn up the construction and ventilation drawings.

Three floors with Resaro's structural concrete elements gives under floor heating in all floors.

Bygg-Element Stjørdal A/S has manufactured the Resaro Concrete Elements for the entire villa.

They have investigated in new hanging moulds for casting of the entire structural floor element, both chords and slab, in one single working moment.

The walls are made in Resaro's design, with the patented toothed joining method. (No cold bridges through the heat insulation). A concrete slab facing inwards, furnished with cast in heat insulation with plaster and wood paneling outside.

Full level everywhere in the entire building.

Also for this special house the costs become reasonable when using the Resaro Energy System.
